She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Martin; her grandparents, Rex, Mertie Martin, Frank and Julia Adkins; and her uncle Ray Adkins.
She is survived by: her husband Timothy Becker; her daughter Sarah Becker (Mother Janise Martin) of Columbia, SC; her brothers, David Martin (Sandy) of Oneida, Dan Martin (Linda Morgan) of Winterville, NC and Dale Martin (Tammy) of Kingsport, TN; her siblings-in-law, Kenneth Becker (Lisa) of Louisville, KY and Mary Ellen Burke (Mike) of Louisville, KY.; her aunts and uncles, James (Gerry Smith), Paul (Linda Martin), Hascue (Helen Carter), Allen (Jenny Martin) and June Adkins; and her great-aunt Bea Barnett (Beulah) of Knoxville, TN. She is also survived by six nieces, one nephew, and several cousins.
The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy be in the form of memorial donations to the American Cancer Society.
