She was predeceased by: her parents, Bellinger Golie and Jessie Tyler (Woodward). She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Kirkland (Willie Sr.), Cheryl and Vanessa Stallworth; her grandchildren, Adela Parks (Amond), Danny Etheredge (Annette), Xavier, Michael (Jessica), Jessica Moody, Chris and Cassidy Lyles; and her son-in-law Danny Etheredge. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Palmer Memorial Chapel (1200 Fontaine Pl, Columbia, SC 29223). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the New Gloryland Baptist Church (1700 McFadden St, Columbia, SC 29204). A burial will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Fort Jackson National Cemetery (4170 Percival Rd, Columbia, SC 29223).
