It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bruce Martin Simon Sr. (Columbia, South Carolina), who passed away on January 24, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Foize Simon and Ruby Hutto Simon; and his wife Elaine Johnson Simon. He is survived by: his children, Paula Simon Otto, Bruce M. "Marti" Simon, Jr. (Kim) and Brian Christopher Simon (Elaine); his grandchildren, Trey, Warner, Evan Otto, Luke, Ava, Eli and Cam Simon; his brothers, Nick (Susan) and Carroll Simon; and his brother-in-law Aubrey Johnson (Miriam). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Good Shepherd (1512 Blanding St, Columbia, SC 29201).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Church of the Good Shepherd.
