She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew F. Harvey and Marguerite Pedersen Harvey; her husbands, John McLeod Motley, Sr. and Herbert "Danny" Sosbee, Sr.; and her siblings, Andrew Harvey, George Harvey, Elaine Faucher and Elizabeth Miller.
She is survived by: her sons, John M. Motley, Jr. (Martha) and Robert A. Motley (Linda); her grandchildren, Shannon Motley, Stephanie Motley, Kristina Bennett (Jon), Rob Motley and Kim McLemore (Dwayne); her great grandchildren, Bryson, Colton, Gracyn McLemore, Rylee, Maggie Bennett, Piper and Rhea Motley; her stepchildren, Linda Sosbee, Danny Sosbee and Donna Sosbee; and her siblings, Michael "Gene" Harvey and Patricia Barefoot. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
