He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Kay Leard. He is survived by: his father William Ross Certain of York, SC; his wife Jennifer Becton Certain; his daughter Kathryn Certain; his sisters, Wanda Hubbard, Tammy Cash (Charles) and Denise Crocker (Brian); his parents-in-law, Elizabeth Campbell and Frank Becton (Wanda); his sister-in-law Monica Dellinger (Kevin); his nieces and nephews, Eric Hubbard (Suhina), Samantha Hubbard, Scott Crocker, Matthew Blackwell (Epaline), Jon Gavin Dellinger and Ryleigh Dellinger; his great-niece Emma Hughes; and his pet Rooney.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sandifer Funeral Home (512 E Main St, Westminster, SC 29693). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (426 W Oak Hwy, Westminster, SC 29693).
