She is survived by: her mother Betty Ruth Armstrong Cooke; her son Perry Ammons of Clover, SC; and her sisters, Kelly Cooke Brill (Pat) of Maiden, NC, Shannon Cooke Roberts (Ivan) of Valdese, NC and Casie Wells (Justin) of York, SC. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
