He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Briand and Alice Briand; and his wife Brenda Hughes Briand. He is survived by: his sons, Bobby, Ronny and Dwayne; his brothers, Duck Briand and Mikie Briand; his grandchildren, Robert, Amber, Jean-Luc, Dusty, Keaton and Taylor; and his close friend Sam Hughes (Barbara). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; and brother-in-law.
