With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Lee Goforth Jr. (Clover, South Carolina), born in York, South Carolina, who passed away on June 10, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Robert E. Lee Goforth, Sr.; his daughter Denise Leeann Goforth; and his siblings, Margaret Ann Goforth, Thelma Mae Goforth and Jack W. Goforth.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Lee "Robbie" Goforth, III of Clover, SC, John Joseph Lee "Joey" Goforth (Kathie) of Clover, SC and Carol Ann G. Rhyne (Michael) of Clover, SC; and his sisters, Louise Murry (Robert) of Gastonia, NC and Betty Jackson of Clover, SC. He is also survived by five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
