He was predeceased by: his parent Gene C. Pittman. He is survived by: his mother Mary Barger Pittman; his brother Mike; his sister-in-law B. J. Pittman; his nieces and nephews, Lauren Bills (Tim), Mary Vincent (Grant), Caroline, Isabel and Charlie Vincent; and his cousins, Carroll Barger (May), Robbie Barger (Pam), Patty Carpenter (Mike) and Marvin Foy.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McLean Funeral Directors of Gastonia (700 S New Hope Rd, Gastonia, NC 28054). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the McLean Funeral Directors of Gastonia Founders Chapel (700 S New Hope Rd, Gastonia, NC 28054).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Parkwood Baptist Church, 1729 E. Garrison Blvd., Gastonia, NC 28054.
