She was predeceased by: her parents, John Morgan Cook and Cleo Pritchard Cook; her husbands, Benny Bolin and James Forrester; her siblings, Betty Williamson, JoAnn White, Joan Stamey, Gayle Walden, Glenn Cook and Harry "Shorty" Cook; and her grandson Benjamin McLean Bolin.
She is survived by: her son Brian Bolin (Chasity) of York, SC; her grandchildren, Payton Caroline Bolin and Coleman Lane Atchley; and her sister Brenda Childers. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
