He was predeceased by: his father William Blake; and his brothers, Donald K. Forbis and W. Wayne Forbis. He is survived by: his wife Karen Earp Forbis; his daughter Pamela F. Williams (Darrin) of Gastonia, NC; his sister Betsy McSwain; and his grandchildren, Rylee Williams and Maggie Williams.
