“Jay and I went to Garinger HS together and were also roommates at Lemon Tree Apts., many years ago. There was not a mean bone in his body and he was always willing to help out. I remember going down to his parents cabin on Lake Wylie to go fishing. Good times and good memories. Prayers for his family and I look forward to seeing him again at that reunion in the sky.”

“Jay and I went to school together at Garinger in Charlotte, NC. My Dad and Jays father were also in the war together and that made Jay and I even closer. Jay, his mother, as well as his dad would come over many times and Jay and I would just sit a listen to our parents tell about some great stores from the past. Its heart felt that I feel the pain that the family is going thru. Please know that the Jay I knew was one of a kind and will always be with us. I know he is happy at this very moment.”
