He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Hayward and Victoria Carroll Bullock; and his sister Thelma Burton. He is survived by: his wife Kimberlen Watts Bullock of Kings Mountain, NC.; his daughters, Michelle Higby (Chip) of Gastonia, NC and Amanda Caldwell (Carey) of Woodruff, SC.; his grandchildren, Carrigan, Luke, Kendall Caldwell, Isaac and Landon Higby; and his brother Dean Bullock (Sue) of Kings Mountain, NC..
