He is survived by: his wife Laurie Crutcher Bristol; his sons, David Lucas Bristol (Kirsi Enckell) of Charlotte, NC and Jonathan Leigh Bristol (Becky) of Ogden, UT; his stepson Justin Miller (Ashleigh); and his grandchildren, Ana Bristol, Ava Miller and Braelyn Miller.
