She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Monroe Whitworth and Hazel Ann Wells Whitworth; and her grandsons, Hunter and Cole Lingerfelt. She is survived by: her husband Donald Eugene Hester; her children, Jennifer Ann Addison, Angie Hester of Clover, SC and James Chad Lingerfelt (Michelle) of Clover, SC; her grandchildren, Will Lingerfelt, Chloe Lingerfelt, Jada Logan, Landri Silvers, Levi Addison (Kaylee), Jake Addison, Lukas Addison and Aniyah Robbins; her great grandchild Asher Addison; and her brother Tommy Dell Whitworth.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bethel Baptist Church (834 W. Old Limestone Road, York, SC). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
