She is survived by: her children, Patty Lynn Costley of Dunnigan, VA, Patrick Allen Spiker of Cherryville, NC, Thomas Anthony Spiker of York, SC, Kevin Dale Spiker of Gastonia, NC and David Jason Spiker of Gastonia, NC; and her siblings, Dennis Lee Price of Gastonia, NC and Wanda Gail Walker of Gastonia, NC. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
