He was predeceased by: his parents, Chom Vongxay and Chamdee Vongxay. He is survived by: his daughters, Betsy Nhoksayakham (Vongdasith) of Ft. Worth, Bouakeo Vongxay (Sanya) of Irving, Le Vongxay of Baltimore, MD and Sahn Vongxay of Mt. Holly, NC. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren.
