Foster Sr. of Clinton, South Carolina, born in Union, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 28, 2024 at the age of 83. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Foster and Hettie Davis Foster. He is survived by: his wife Maggie Foster; his children, Loretta Richey (Earl), William R. Foster, Jr. (Ruby) and Leonard Foster (Tami); his sisters, Linda Jefferies, Andrea Smith (Michael) and Joyce Brewton (Earl); his aunt Carrie Richardson; and his sisters-in-law, Jeannette Jones, Rosa Peake and Lillian Byrd. He is also survived by nine loving grandchildren, a host of great grand-children, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
