With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sylvia Bobo Jenkins of Clinton, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 17, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Sylvia Bobo is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Sylvia Bobo's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Beatrice Coward Bobo and Rev. Preston Bolt Bobo, Sr.; and her husband Hoyt Madison Jenkins. She is survived by: her brothers, Kenneth Gordon Bobo and Preston Bolt Bobo, Jr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Cane Creek Presbyterian Church (120 Cane Creek Church Rd, Union, SC 29379).
