He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Seabrook Hay and Jane Chaplin Hay; his wife Carol Jones Hay; and his siblings, Jane Hay Wessel and Frank Seabrook Hay, Jr..
He is survived by: his daughters, Katharine Hay Bradley (John) and Carol Makemie Hay; his granddaughter Caitlin Kennedy Bradley; his child Emmie Alexander Hancock (Jerry); and his sisters-in-law, Frances Hay, Roberta Jones Austin and Elaine Jones.
The family request that those planning to attend the service observe social distancing guidelines and wear a face covering.
