She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Garner and Ruth Saylors Garner; and her siblings, Harold Garner and Ann Parkman (Irvin). She is survived by: her son Jeff Tinsley of Clinton; her sister Joyce Cordell (Wade) of Greenville; and her sister-in-law Dianne Garner of Shelby, NC.
