He is survived by: his wife Cindy Lea Phillips; his son Michael Ray Phillips; his stepdaughter Chastity Hawkins; his stepgrandchildren, Kourtney Hinkle and Kole Hawkins; and his siblings, Billy Phillips and Julie Burgess.
