She was predeceased by: her husband Neal A. McNeill (Chief); and her parents, Joseph Monroe and Elizabeth Mae Guin Nivens. She is survived by: her children, Neal McNeill (Angie) of Rincon, GA, Joey McNeill (Darlene) of Bassett, VA, Jim McNeill (Lois) of Laurens, Dianne Power (Tim) of Myrtle Beach and Mary Shell (Rick) of Laurens; and her siblings, Curtis Nivens (Jane) of Greenville, Donald Nivens (Katherine) of Spartanburg, David Nivens of Boiling Springs and Frances Culbertson of Oak Island, NC. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
