He is survived by: his wife Kathy Turner; his children, James Binkie Turner, Jr. (Tyesha) of Simpsonville, SC, Faye Ashemore (Johnnie) of Fountainn Inn, SC, Steven Barr (Tamica) of Clinton and Timothy Barr (Tanya) of Clinton; his sisters, Flossie Turner Giles of Washington, DC, Corine "Ren" Thomas of Richmond, BA and Sadie Lewis (Earl) of Washington, DC; his sisters-in-law, Fannie Lou Bryson of Laurens and Mary Davis of Clinton; and his aunt Racheal Stewart of Washington, DC. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
