He was predeceased by: his parent Willie Mae Lee; his grandparents, Bennie Lee Sr. and Inez Lee; and his brothers, Richard Lee, Robert Lee, Curtis Lee and Kenneth Lee.
He is survived by: his children, Tameka Gilbert (David), Latosha Wallace and Issie Wallace; his grandchildren, Jamar Burns, Jeremiah Burns, Issie Lamar Wallace, David Gilbert and Isaac Gilbert; his great grandchildren, Jamar Burns Jr. and Logan Wallace; his siblings, Willie E. Lee (Gwendolyn), Bennie Lee and Mattie Lee (James Neely); his sister-in-law Debra Lee; and his uncle Bennie Lee II (Anita).
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sanders-Thompson Mortuary (1235 S Bell St, Clinton, SC 29325). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at the Beaverdam Baptist Church (1252 Beaverdam Church Rd, Enoree, SC 29335).
