She is survived by: her parents, Samuel Cook and Mary Woodruff Cook; her children, Tenika Boyce of Laurens, SC and Shaquille Cook of Gray Court, SC; her sisters, Stephanie Cook of Atlanta, GA and Maxine Young of Laurens, SC; her uncle Johnny Cook (Doretha) of Florida; her aunt Sandra Cook of Laurens, SC; her cousin Bobby Woodruff of Laurens, SC; her godmother Frances Suber of Laurens, SC; her aunt Catherine Williams Moore of Laurens, SC; her nephews, Quindarrius Young (Eyonnie) of Wellford, SC, Brandon Cook of Clemson, SC, TyQuavius Cook of Newberry, SC, Terrance Young and Brandon Yong; and her niece Brittany Cook of Greenville, SC. She is also survived by Five great nieces; and a host of other relatives and friends.
