With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George W Avery of Clinton, South Carolina, who passed away on January 7, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ludie Avery and Lucille Avery; his wife Peggy Satterfield Avery; his sons, Keith (Merri) of Prosperity, SC, Steven (Lisa) of Clinton, SC and Dwayne of Manning, SC.; his grandchildren, Chantaye, Ken, Tamara, Kevin, Michael, Kelci and Nicene; and his siblings, Virginia Nelson, Linda Penland (Larry) and Jimmy Avery (Virginia). He was also cherished by numerous great grandchildren.
