He was predeceased by: his parent Hick Marshall. He is survived by: his parent Jeanette Marshall; his wife Mary Wood Marshall; his children, Eddie Marshall (Lucy) of Clinton and Cassie Marshall Wiseman (Brian) of Simpsonville; his grandchildren, Claire and Kate Marshall; and his brothers, Larry Marshall (Melissa) of Clinton and Howard Marshall (Cindy) of Clinton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and sisters-in-law.
