With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Ann Shouse Pitts (Clinton, South Carolina), born in Whitmire, South Carolina, who passed away on March 11, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Sterling Adair "Chick" Pitts, Jr.; her parents, Newman Alston Shouse, Sr. and Isabel Vernon Chase Shouse; and her brothers, Newman Alston Shouse, Jr. and Eugene Thornwell "Tony" Shouse.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Pitts Campbell (William) of Clinton; her grandchildren, Brantley Jennings Nelson (Chris), Barrett Alston Jennings (Jamie), Meredyth Campbell Beagen (Larry) and Heather Elizabeth Campbell (T. J. Roach); her great grandchildren, Michaela, Matthew, Hannah, Nicholas Nelson, Hunter, River Jennings, Sean Staton, Izabelle, Spencer, Ellison Beagen, Austin, Graysen, Cabella, Autumn and Brayden Roach; and her sister-in-law Mary Dale Shouse Turner. She is also survived by two nieces and two nephews.
