He was predeceased by: his parents, Dessie Webb and Evelyn McLendon Webb; his children, Russell "Rusty" Webb, Sr. and Connie Webb; his siblings, Robert Webb, Comer Webb, Sr., Annie Merle Smith and Pearl McWatters; and his granddaughter Brittany Paige Humphries.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Alexander Webb; his daughter Sheila Webb of Clinton; and his grandson Russell "AJ" Allen Webb, Jr..
