He was predeceased by: his parents, Inman J. Roland and Daisy Powell Roland; and his son Charlie Roland. He is survived by: his wife Nancy S. Roland; his children, Jay Roland (Autumn), Chris Roland, Katie Roland and Carin Roland Karademitros (George); and his sisters, Linda Roland and BJ Roland Cowan Pritz. He is also survived by four grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
