He was predeceased by: his mother Judith Elaine White Crain; and his granddaughter Adalynn Marie Mize. He is survived by: his father Travis Paul Mize of Portland, MO; and his grandchildren, Ethan, Mason, Kayden, Josesph, Wyatt, Kaleb, Summer and Lilly.
