He is survived by: his wife Katherine "Kathy" Massey Tolley; his children, Melinda Tolley Howard (Barry), William Scott Tolley (Nancy) and David Allen Tolley; his brother J. C. Tolley; and his stepson William Joseph Taber. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
