He is survived by: his wife Jerrie Parrish; his children, Cortney Parrish (Trisha), Calvin Parrish (April), Jennifer Rodriguez (Ricky) and David Rucker, Jr. (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Willow Tenpenny, LillyAnne Parrish, Jonah Parrish, Elyn Parrish, Iris Parrish, Hannah Rodriguez, Ryan Rucker and Ethan Rucker; and his brother Don Parrish.
