He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude S. Hall and Lucille Mary Bayne Hall; his former wife Frances Geraldine Russell Hall; and his siblings, Nelson L. Hall and Marcelle Susan Pace.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Barrentine Case Hall; his daughters, Lisa Ann Pierce (Michael), Cathy Diane Waldrop (Danny) and Nancy Mary Bruce (Ricky); and his stepsons, Richard Lee Case, Jr. and Timothy Michael Case (Jennifer). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, and 3 step-grandsons.
