She was predeceased by: her parents, Kelley Scott and Helen Scott. She is survived by: her daughter Kelley Osteen Blair; her grandchildren, Liston Timothy Miller, Jr. and Scottie Blair Handford (Paul); and her great grandchild Elijah Cziraky.
