He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry A. Rice and Clara Belle Myers Rice; and his siblings, Harry A. Rice and Jane Dumont. He is survived by: his wife Linda Johnson; his children, Katie Rice Baker (Richard) of Washington, DC, Donna Rice Foti (Joe) of Mountainside, NJ, Wayne Rice (Kathy) of Hinton, WVA, Alan Rice (Anita) of Princeton, WVA, Brad Rice of Athens, GA and Jeff Rice (Susan) of Atlanta, GA; and his stepson Brian Sanders (Allyson) of Anderson, SC. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to The Kidney Foundation or to Cottingham Hospice House in Seneca.
