He is survived by: his children, Joseph Grady Mullins (Enith) of Anderson, SC, Jessica Claire Mullins of Clemson, SC and Hilary Mullins Hall (Carl) of Clemson, SC; his sister Martha Brewton of Thomaston, GA; and his grandchildren, Hayden Hall, Jared Hall and Kristin Mullins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Parkinson Foundation or to a charity of one's choice.
