Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved John Haskett Jr. in Clemson, South Carolina, born in Pickens, South Carolina, who passed away at the age of 78, on July 17, 2023. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Haskett (Nicholson) and Parker Haskett; his siblings, Furman, Lunie Haskett, Lydia H. Welch, Alma H. Elders, Julia H. Gilstrap, Bessie H. Cheek, Jessie H. Trotter Justice, Betty H. Trotter and Jane H. Patterson; and his brothers-in-law, Bert Trotter, Billy Anders, Lee Patterson and Donnie Chastain.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann (Aiken); his children, John "Shannon" Haskett (Maria) of Pickens and Allie "Brianne" Romig (John) of Fort Worth, TX; his grandchildren, Branson, Ashlyn Haskett, Jack, Will and Drew Romig; his sisters, Jo Anders, Shirley Elrod (William), Fran Wood (Leon) and Reba Chastain; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Aiken (Karen), Ronnie Aiken (Diane) and Wilma Haskett. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces, and a host of extended family and friends.
