He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Haskett (Nicholson) and Parker Haskett; his siblings, Furman, Lunie Haskett, Lydia H. Welch, Alma H. Elders, Julia H. Gilstrap, Bessie H. Cheek, Jessie H. Trotter Justice, Betty H. Trotter and Jane H. Patterson; and his brothers-in-law, Bert Trotter, Billy Anders, Lee Patterson and Donnie Chastain.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann (Aiken); his children, John "Shannon" Haskett (Maria) of Pickens and Allie "Brianne" Romig (John) of Fort Worth, TX; his grandchildren, Branson, Ashlyn Haskett, Jack, Will and Drew Romig; his sisters, Jo Anders, Shirley Elrod (William), Fran Wood (Leon) and Reba Chastain; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Aiken (Karen), Ronnie Aiken (Diane) and Wilma Haskett. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces, and a host of extended family and friends.
