Joe Allen Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2020, at the age of 85, Joe Allen (Clemson, South Carolina), born in Hogansville, Georgia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joe Allen to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Shanks Allen (Sally) and Grady Walker Allen, Sr.; and his siblings, Grady Walker Allen, Jr. (Bud), Randall Owen Allen, Shirley Allen Cremer and Sara Allen Lindsey.

He is survived by: his brother Thomas Henry Allen of Sevierville, TN.; his children, Debby Brackett of Clemson and Trent Allen (Ginger) of Clemson; and his grandchildren, Luke Brackett (Jessica) of Greer, Daniel Brackett of Gainesville, FL, Winona Brackett of Clemson, Robert Allen (Kaley) of Clemson and Jeremy Allen (Lisa) of Clemson.

Due to the current pandemic, there will be a private graveside service at Woodland Cemetery with immediate family.

Memorial donations can be sent to Clemson First Baptist Church or the GHS Hospice of the Foothills in Seneca, SC.
