He is survived by: his wife Virginia Riley DuBose (Ginny); his children, Stephen Elliott DuBose (Christine) of Johns Island and Kristin Adair DuBose of Easley; his grandchildren, Elliott Adair DuBose of Johns Island and Sullivan Wright DuBose of Johns Island; and his brothers, Joseph Daniel DuBose (Mary) of Rowlett and Jonathan Palmer DuBose (Vickie) of Pensacola.
