He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hoover Neel and Hilda Duncan Neel. He is survived by: his wife Maxine Deason Neel; his siblings, Ruby Jean Ford (Wendell) and Donald Richard Neel (Faye); his grandchildren, Kelli Geegan, Sarah Geegan, Michael Geegan, Casey Moser (Carri), Ben Moser (DeAnna), Hannah Neel, Andrew Neel (Emily) and Jackson Neel; and his great grandchild Emilyn Ann Moser.
