Frances McCann Witmer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances McCann Witmer (Clemson, South Carolina), born in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 28, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jackson E. McCann and Hazel McCann (Duncan). She is survived by: her husband Thomas H.; her children, Thomas H. Jr., Laura Susan, Tyler and Morgan; her granddaughters, Laura Witmer of Mason and Patty Biltz; her children, Carter and Keaton; her brother Ed McCann (Connie) of Seneca; and her nieces and nephews, Matt and Allison. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great niece.
Memorial donations may be made to Holy Trinity Episcopal Parish for the Frankie Witmer Choir and Organ Fund.
