He is survived by: his wife Janet Sifferd Palmer; his children, Paige Lott of Gilbert, AZ, Elise Schnabel (Guido) of Clemson, SC and Fred Palmer (Kristin) of Grand Prairie, TX; his grandchildren, Austin Buehler (Rebeka), Dylan Buehler, Nolen and Anna Schnabel; his great grandchildren, Ashton and Henry Buehler; and his siblings, Kenneth Palmer (Mary) of East Peoria, IL and Sandra Alaimo (James) of Joliet, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial gifts to the Parkinson's Foundation or American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
