We are sad to announce that on July 28, 2019, at the age of 88, Benton H. Box (Clemson, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Alexander and Lola Gay Holcomb Box; his brother James, Jr.; his wife Sallie Frances Yates; his children, Ben, Jr. (Kim) of Columbia, Bill (Jan) of Seneca and Janice Bishop (Mike) of Clemson; his grandchildren, Bryan Box, Josh Bishop (Meg), Beth Porter (Chaise), Meredith Cooley (Richard), Sallie Shaw (Jon) and Callie Box; and his great grandchildren, Haley, Caroline Shaw and Stockton Bishop.
