He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Spivey; his sons, Matt Spivey (Ginger) and Brent Spivey (Mary); his grandchildren, Denton, Taylor, Connor, Cowen and Mollie; and his siblings, Martha Kennedy, Becky, Wendell and Mitchell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
