She was predeceased by: her spouse Johnnie Walker of Clearwater; her parents, Thomas Orin Fowler and Susan Holmes Fowler; and her sister Lois Mayson. She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Prince (Chad) and Lynn Carroll (Marshall); her grandchildren, Stacey Mayson (Dale) and Cody Carroll (Brittany); and her great grandchild Levi Mayson.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Children's Building fund.
