He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Lee Tarlton, Sr. and Dorothy "Dot" Sellers Tarlton; and his wife Susan McCreight Tarlton. He is survived by: his sons, William Stephen Tarlton (Kathy) of Ruby, SC and Kevin Delesline Tarlton (Megan) of Chesterfield, SC; his grandchildren, Kassi Dale "Pooze" Tarlton of Columbia, SC, Reese, Conor, Madison and Mason Tarlton; his sister Dottie Ann Lowery of Chesterfield, SC; his sisters-in-law, Jane M. Turpin of York, SC and Suzanne McCreight; and his uncles, Donald Sellers (Carolyn) of Chesterfield, SC and James Sellers of High Point, NC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
