He was predeceased by: his parents, Eli Liles and Sally Ussery Liles; his wife Ann Rollins Liles; and his brothers, James D. Liles and Sanford Liles.
He is survived by: his son Tim Liles (Kim Brueckner) of Charlotte, NC; his siblings-in-law, Robert Carrison Rollins (Clara) of Cheraw, SC, Ralph Rollins (Kaye) of Chesterfield, SC, Christine Rogers (Ted) of LaPlata, MD and Eunice Ruff (Doug) of Columbia, SC; and also Barbara Smith of Chesterfield, SC.
