He is survived by: his mother Lesa Marie Lally Crenshaw of Chesterfield, SC; his daughters, Gabbryelle "Gabby" Nichole Wharton of Pageland, SC and Morgan Leah Wharton of Chesterfield, SC; his brother Earl Raymond Wharton, III (Sherri) of Aiken, GA; his caregiver Kelli Fox of Chesterfield, SC; and his daughters, Maddie and Marissa. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
